This sections covers all model of clamp units that offer the ability to rotate. One benefit to our design in this area is the fact we still use slide bars instead of extrusions. While extrusions are the more modern way to design a clamp they have a major downside of uneven wear on the bearings. We at SMC Euroclamp feel the standard slide bar design is a far superior method.
The Rotating Fork Clamp is used for the transportation of goods by means of clamping between the forks or by pallet transport on the forks. Attachments can be used in a variety of operational tasks by combining them with alternative components. Roll Clamps, Fork Clamps, Bale Clamps and the Pallet Turnover Clamp are the most common attachments to be fitted with a rotary unit.
